Artistic Journey Overview

Hi! I'm Bri Amei (sounds like "Ah-may"). I've been an artist for as long as I can remember - mostly because I’ve always looked for the beauty in things and been driven by the need to capture it. To preserve it. Ask my parents: our walls, furniture, and my brother’s face were all early victims of my creative drive. I was a menace with a permanent marker.

That impulse never left. These days, I’ve just shaped it into something more intentional. My art and my connection to nature and sprit have become how I survive, how I process, and how I show up in the world. Creating helps me make sense of what I’m feeling, what I’ve lived through, and what I believe in.

This site holds both sides of that work:
Art by Amei is where I share my paintings - vibrant, intuitive, and narrative focused - influenced by my mythology based education and a stubborn refusal to relinquish a belief in magic.
Ritual by Amei is where I offer handmade magical tools and custom spellwork designed to help others connect with their own power, healing, and transformation.

If it looks scattered - it's not. It’s because I see how deeply art and magic intertwine. And I love exploring that connection in as many ways as I can.

I’m really glad you’ve found my corner of the internet. Welcome!
